A building is comprised of first, second, third, and fourth single-family apartments each comprising a first floor, a second floor, and a third floor. The first floor comprises a plurality of private parking garages associated with the first, second, third, and fourth single-family apartments, respectively. The second floor, disposed above the plurality of private parking garages, comprises first living spaces coupled to the plurality of private parking garages via a first plurality of stairwells, respectively. The first living spaces also comprise a plurality of kitchens, a plurality of bedrooms, and a plurality of common areas, respectively. The third floor, disposed above the second floor, comprises second living spaces coupled to the plurality of first living spaces via a second plurality of stairwells, respectively, the second living spaces being lofts. A roof is disposed directly above the third floor.

A DOOR LOCKING DEVICE IN WHICH AN ELONGATED VERTICALLY EXTENDING LOCKING PLATE HAVING A LENGTH SUBSTANTIALLY EQUAL TO THE HEIGHT OF THE DOOR IS MOUNTED WITHIN A SLOT FORMED ALONG ONE EDGE OF THE DOOR TO BE MOVABLE FROM A LOCKING POSITION WHEREIN THE LOCKING PLATE PROJECTS BEYOND THE EDGE OF THE DOOR AND AN UNLOCKED POSITION WHEREIN THE LOCKING PLATE IS WITHDRAWN WITHIN THE SLOT, BEHIND THE EDGE. THE LOCKING PLATE IS CONNECTED TO A VERTICALLY EXTENDING LINK ROD BY MEANS OF A SET OF SHORT LUGS CONNECTED, ON THE ONE HAND, TO THE LOCKING PLATE AND CONNECTED, ON THE OTHER HAND, TO THE LINK ROD. THE SAID LINK ROD IS SECURED AT THE CENTER TO ONE END OF A LATCH BOLT OPERABLE TO BE DISPLACED IN A RECIPROCATING HORIZONTAL MOTION. Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of making one-piece wheels for large locarrying vehicles. Starting from a blank in the form of a cylindrical disc, the minor flange of the rim and the wheel disc are formed by hot stamping, while the major flange of the rim is obtained by press-forming from a tube section. The two parts are assembled by welding. The production cycle terminates in a few finishing operations by machining. These wheels, which may be made in particular of lightweight aluminum-based alloys, are particularly suitable for large load-carrying vehicles fitted with tubeless tires.
Abstract:
A process for manufacturing monobloc wheels for vehicles from a roughly sed article having the shape of a cylindrical disc. A sequence of die stamping and rotary extrusion operations is carried out on the disc to arrive at the definitive shape, which does not require more than a few finishing operations by mechanical machining. These wheels which may in particular be made of light, aluminum-based alloys, are especially suitable for large tanker vehicles equipped with tubeless tires.
