摘要: The invention relates to a method and device for pulverizing a solid fuel material introduced inside a vessel by means of a screw conveyor through a die opening within the vessel and in which is formed by extrusion a roll of compressed material, the latter being disintegrated by at least one gas jet injected under high pressure. According to the invention the gas is injected from the inside of the conveyor and in the axis of each die, each gas jet having a sufficient momentum to form substantially a cone centered on the axis of the roll widening from the inside of the latter, each roll being constituted by a hollow tube whose inner wall crumbles and takes the shape of the jet liberating particles which are sucked into the jet and introduced into the vessel. The invention is particularly applicable to supplying a gasifying reactor.

摘要: The boiler comprises a primary furnace in which the combustion reactions are initiated, a secondary furnace extended by a radiating tube in which the combustion reactions are terminated, a heating surface disposed around the radiating tube and means for causing the combustion gases issuing from the radiating tube to pass into the annular space between the radiating tube and the heating surface. The secondary combustion radiating tube comprises two coaxial chambers, the first chamber terminating in a convergent part which directs the combustion gases toward the second chamber and the second chamber being closed at its end and having at its entrance a diameter larger than the diameter of the end of the convergent part so as to define with the end of the convergent part an annular opening through which the combustion gases injected into the second chamber are discharged. Means are provided for circulating the gases thus discharged in the annular space between said heating surface and the second chamber.

摘要: An apparatus for the treatment of galvanized sheet-iron emerging from a galvanization bath in order to reduce to a minimum value the size of the "minispangle" appearing on its surface comprises a housing divided into two identical casings spaced to form a vertical passage through which the sheet is caused to travel continuously, each casing comprising a spray nozzle and a pair of recovery slots disposed on either side of the nozzle, and blower means for directing an air stream loaded with zinc particles in suspension against the moving sheet surfaces so that the zinc particles will crystallize before the liquid zinc coating has set. The blower means produces the stream and recovers on its section side the previously blown air. Passages in the casings direct the air stream towards the spray nozzle and from the recovery slots.
