摘要： A measuring device is provided for measuring intermodulation distortion of a measuring object. The measuring device includes a first signal generator which produces a first signal that is supplied to an input of a measuring object, a signal combining device having a first input which is connected to the output of the measuring object, and a signal analyzing device which is connected to the output of the signal combining device. According to the disclosure, a second signal generator which is synchronized with the first signal generator is provided, and second signal generator producing a second signal that is supplied to a second input of the signal combining device.

The parameters are determined by applying an input signal train or sequence with different amplitudes and measuring an output signal train, taking into account a temporal displacement that the output signal train has in relation to the input signal train. The temporal displacement is determined by a cross-correlation of the output signal train with the input signal train.

摘要： In an analog-digital converter, a sine signal angle-modulated with noise or pseudonoise is used as a dither signal. The dither signal is superposed on an analog useful signal that is to be digitized. This signal is then digitized. The dither signal is then filtered out to produce the digitized useful signal.
