摘要: A capacity control valve for a variable-capacity compressor such as used in an air-conditioning system in a motor vehicle is provided, wherein foreign matter is prevented from being caught in the sliding parts and leakage on the sliding parts is prevented from occurring by configuring the capacity control valve so that there are no sliding parts between the valving element and the housing (valve body). The valve includes a bellows-type valve that includes a bellows and a fixing bracket joined in an airtight manner to an end of the bellows. The fixing bracket is fixed in an airtight manner to a valve body between a first valve chamber and a suction port.

摘要: A capacity control valve capable of enhancing the function of discharging liquid refrigerant in a control chamber during startup of a variable capacity compressor, and improving the control speed of a swash plate during control is provided. The valve has an adapter that has an annular bearing surface and is provided to a free end of a pressure-sensitive body in the elongation and constriction direction, and a valve body for discharging liquid refrigerant, moveably provided inside the adapter. A slit is provided to an engaging part of the adapter with a third valve part, and an introduction hole for causing the control chamber pressure to act on a bottom surface of the valve body for discharging the liquid refrigerant is provided to the base part side, and an urging force is provided whereby the valve body for discharging the liquid refrigerant is urged in a valve-opening direction away from the third valve part.

摘要: A capacity control valve has a communication path (31) for communicating a discharge chamber (11) and a control chamber (12); one valve chamber (36) in the middle of the communication path (31); communication paths (32, 31b) for communicating a suction chamber (13) and the control chamber (12); the other valve chamber (36) in the middle of the communication path (32); a valve body (40) including a first valve section (41) that opens and closes the communication path (31) and a second valve section (42) that opens and closes the communication path (32), the first and second valve sections being placed in the valve chamber (36) and performing the opening and closing operation in a manner opposite to each other; and a solenoid (60) for moving the valve body (40). The valve body (40) has a pressure receiving section (44) at its end section that is across the second valve section (42) from the first valve section (41), and the pressure receiving section (44) receives pressure in the control chamber. The pressure receiving area S3 of the pressure receiving section (44) is substantially the same as the difference between the pressure receiving area S2 of the second valve section (42) and the pressure receiving area S1 of the first valve section. The valve is reduced in size, an influence of the pressure in the control chamber is minimized, and stable capacity control with excellent response is enabled.

摘要: A seal structure sealing a fitted part between the guide surface of a bearing part and a shaft part to prevent a fluid from flowing in a direction from a high-pressure fluid side to a low-pressure fluid side. The seal structure comprises a seal ring storage part having a radial contact surface surrounding the shaft part which is formed on the high-pressure fluid side of the bearing part and a seal ring disposed in the seal ring storage part, allowing its side surface facing the contact surface to come into contact with the contact surface, and allowing its inner peripheral surface to be fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part. The seal ring is formed in such a relative dimension that, even if elastically deformed by the pressure of the sealed fluid, the elastically deformed expanded portion thereof is not brought into contact with the peripheral surface of the seal ring storage part.
