摘要: Provided are an electronic atomization device and an atomization assembly thereof, and a manufacturing method of the atomization assembly. The atomization assembly includes a porous matrix and a heating body. The porous matrix includes an atomization face. The heating body includes a heating part and at least one fixing part connected to the heating part. The at least one fixing part is embedded in the porous matrix, such that the heating body is mounted on the porous ceramic matrix and the heating part is arranged to correspond to the atomization face. The beneficial effect is that mounting of the heating body is realized by having the fixing part embedded in the porous matrix to improve reliability of the atomization assembly.

摘要: The present invention relates to an electronic cigarette and a heating assembly thereof. The heating assembly comprise: a porous member for absorbing an e-liquid and at least one heating member for heating and atomizing the e-liquid absorbed by the porous member. The at least one heating member comprises an elongated sheet-shaped heating portion. At least part of the sheet-shaped heating portion is partially embedded in the porous member. The porous member comprises an atomization surface corresponding to the at least part of the sheet-shaped heating portion. In the present invention, a heating member of a heating assembly comprises a sheet-shaped heating portion embedded in a porous member, such that a majority of a surface of the sheet-shaped heating portion is in contact with the porous member, thereby improving heat dissipation efficiency, and ensuring secure connection.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an electronic cigarette atomizer, including an atomization assembly and a liquid reservoir engaging with the atomization assembly; the liquid reservoir includes a liquid storage cavity; wherein the atomization assembly includes a lower holder, an upper holder installed on the lower holder, and a heating assembly clamped between the lower and the upper holders; the heating assembly includes a porous body and at least one heater engaging with the porous body, and the porous body has an atomizing surface and a liquid-absorbing surface; and the liquid-absorbing surface communicates with the liquid storage cavity, and an atomization cavity is formed between the atomizing surface and the lower holder. In the present disclosure, the heating assembly is a porous body and is clamped by the upper holder and the lower holder, thus, the structure is stable and the assembly of the heating assembly is facilitated.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system, a method, a device, and an electronic atomizing device for detecting a nicotine content in an e-liquid. The system includes: a sampling circuit configured to acquire characteristic parameters, and the characteristic parameters being configured to calculate an impedance of the e-liquid in an e-liquid containing component; and a controller electrically connected to the sampling circuit, configured to calculate the impedance of the e-liquid according to the characteristic parameters fed back by the sampling circuit, and determine the nicotine content in the e-liquid according to the impedance of the e-liquid and a preset corresponding relation between the impedance and the nicotine content.
