    摘要: A cooled blade for a gas turbine has a blade airfoil, which emerges from a blade root and a blade shank and has a leading edge and a trailing edge and, within the blade airfoil, a plurality of sequential coolant ducts, in terms of flow, extending in a radial direction. A first coolant duct along the leading edge, and a second coolant duct along the trailing edge, have a main flow of a coolant flowing through them from the blade root to the tip of the blade airfoil. An inlet of the first coolant duct is in connection with a main coolant inlet, and an outlet of the first coolant duct is in connection with the inlet to the second coolant duct via a first deflection region. A third coolant duct is arranged between the first and the second coolant duct and a second deflection region. An additional flow of cooler coolant provided from outside is added from the third coolant duct into the heated main flow of the coolant flowing into the second coolant duct. An orifice can, for example, extend from the main coolant inlet to the second deflection region.

    摘要: The section of an electrical high-voltage system has a gas-filled housing of predominantly symmetrical design. Provided in the housing are a conductor extending along a plane of symmetry of the housing, and cooling means for producing a circulation flow which dissipates heat loss from the conductor. The cooling means contains two blowers. The blowers are arranged in the interior of the housing and designed in such a way that, during the operation of the system, two mirror-symmetrical circulation part flows are formed which are bounded by the plane of symmetry. These circulation part flows are in each case guided without recirculation along a housing side wall from the top of the housing or the bottom of the housing. By this means, the heat loss is given up particularly effectively to the housing side walls, and the conductor can be loaded with very high operating currents.

    摘要: A cooled blade for a gas turbine has a blade airfoil, which emerges from a blade root and a blade shank and has a leading edge and a trailing edge and, within the blade airfoil, a plurality of sequential coolant ducts, in terms of flow, extending in a radial direction. An additional flow of cooler coolant provided from outside is added from the third coolant duct into the heated main flow of the coolant flowing into the second coolant duct. An orifice can, for example, extend from the main coolant inlet to the second deflection region.

In the region of a bend, at least one diverter device for the integral capturing of the flow of the cooling fluid is provided within the cooling passage. The diverter device comprises, over the height of the cooling passage, two diverter parts which are spaced apart from one another. The diverter maybe cast with a notch therein so that during cooling, the diverter breaks into separated portions proximate the notch.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a component of a flow machine, particularly a turbine blade, which has a cooling channel (9, 10) through which cooling medium can flow, with at least one deflection (5) formed by the wall (11, 12) of the cooling channel, by means of which deflection the flow of the cooling medium from a first channel section (9) is deflected into a second channel section (10) situated downstream. At least one flow guiding element (8) is arranged in the cooling channel in the region of the deflection, and divides the cooling channel into an inner (13) and an outer (14) flow channel. In the present component, the inner flow channel (13) has a constriction in the flow cross section. By the proposed configuration of the cooling channel deflection, the pressure loss brought about by the deflection is minimized and simultaneously a distinctly more homogeneous heat transfer is attained to the cooling medium, without local temperature peaks.
