摘要： In general, embodiments of the present invention provide an approach for VM-based sound control (e.g., volume control, playback, recording, etc.) for computerized/electronic devices (e.g., personal computers (PCs), tablets, smart phones, media players, etc) in a networked computing environment (e.g. a cloud computing environment). In a typical embodiment, a system/architecture is provided that comprises a virtual machine (VM) in communication with a computerized device (e.g., a PC) over a network (e.g., a cloud computing network). These components each comprise elements that provide for optimal control of recording and playing back of sounds.
