摘要: An object is to provide a nanostructure having a two dimensionally spread homogenous nanostructure, and a method of manufacturing a nanostructure that can be performed by a low cost and simple process. Another object is to provide a nanostructure having a homogenous nanostructure in a large area, and a method of manufacturing a nanostructure that can be performed by a low cost and simple process. A monomolecular film is obtained by spreading a mixed solution containing an amphipathic block copolymer which has hydrophilic segments and hydrophobic segments, and a low molecular weight compound which is compatible with the hydrophobic segments, on the surface of water. A mixed monomolecular film is formed by spreading a mixed solution containing an amphipathic block copolymer which has hydrophilic segments and hydrophobic segments, and a low molecular weight compound which is compatible with the hydrophobic segments, on the surface of water, and then increasing the surface pressure of the mixed monomolecular film.
