摘要： An image transmitting apparatus includes input terminals, first frame buffers corresponding to the input terminals, a write controlling portion, a read clock generating portion, a read controlling portion, an image compressing portion, and an image transmitting portion. The image transmitting apparatus inputs data on digital frame images of one frame captured with video cameras and synchronous signals synchronized with the data on the digital frame images, respectively, within a predetermined period of time; processes the data including multiplexing and compressing the data; and outputs the data on the digital frame images encoded by the image compressing portion.

摘要： Transmission level control is provided to eliminate a sense of disorder during a television conference connecting a multiplicity of locations.In a speech input terminal included in connection between multiple locations, there is provided a speech input means for inputting speech, a communication control means for controlling communication between the speech input means and a communication line, a transmission volume adjusting means capable of stepless adjustment of transmission volume, and a reception volume adjusting means. Thus, the volume adjusting means which has conventionally been provided only at a receiving end is now provided also at a transmitting end to allow stepless volume control, which enables speech output in conformity with the speech level of another entity's terminal.

摘要： A video analysis system is disclosed that detects a sensing event by analyzing video captured in each of multiple image sensors connected to a network and notifies a center apparatus of detection information via the network to manage the detection information. The center apparatus determines at least one of the image sensors where the frequency of sensing event occurrence is statistically low by recording the frequency of the notification from each image sensor. The center apparatus reports the determined one of the image sensors to the image sensors as advertisement data. Each image sensor, when being unable to detect the sensing event by real-time processing that is a high-speed video analysis, selects a specific one of the image sensors based on the received advertisement data, and requests the specific one of the image sensors to perform high-accuracy processing that is a low-speed, high-accuracy video analysis.

摘要： An outer rotor-type multi-pole generator includes a plurality of coils wound around a large number of protruding poles provided around an outer periphery of a stator core through a bobbin, and terminal members fitted into fitting tube portions integrally provided on the bobbin to pass through the stator core over opposite ends of the stator core. Each of the coils is connected to one end of the terminal member. Each of the terminal members includes a flat plate-shaped base portion fitted into the fitting tube portion and a clamping plate portion protruding sideways from one end of the base portion. The end of the coil is connected to the one end of the terminal member by fusing with the clamping plate portion being folded in such a manner that the end of the coil is clamped between the clamping plate portion and one end of the base portion. Thus, the operation for connecting the coils to the terminal members is facilitated, and the number of steps of the connecting operation is reduced.
