摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus and method of communicating data for a digital mobile station, and more particularly a data transmitting and receiving apparatus and method capable of transmitting and receiving graphic and/or data using a Short Message Service (SMS). According to the present invention, an SMS message comprises an SMS header field and an SMS user data field, wherein the SMS user data field comprises a data transmission header field and a data field. The data transmission header field comprises a code field to indicate one of plural types of data associated with data contained in the data field of the SMS user data field, a data transmitting and receiving apparatus and method capable of transmitting and receiving graphic and/or audio data using a Short Message Service (SMS). Further, an SMS message comprises an SMS header field and an SMS user data field, wherein the SMS user data field comprises a data transmission header field and a data field. The data transmission header field comprises a code field to indicate one of plural types of data associated with data contained in the data field of the SMS user data field. The SMS message is communicated though SMS network.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling the SMS of a digital mobile station, which enables both the sender and receiver to exchange short messages in a duplex mode. The apparatus comprises a display with a message screen capable of dividing the message screen into at least two display regions, a distinction message detector for detecting a predefined distinction message contained in a received message, and a control unit for causing the received message to be displayed on a selected one of the at least two display regions if the distinction message is detected.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of inputting and processing a variety of user information for a digital mobile station including a touch screen panel and a control module for processing touch screen panel data generated from the touch screen panel comprising the steps of: (a) continuously counting a predetermined time period interval in response to a written memo input mode; (b) detecting touch screen panel data generated from the touch screen panel corresponding to the continuous counting of the predetermined time period, producing and storing an associated written memo corresponding to the detected touch screen panel data; and, (c) determining whether there is detection of another touch screen panel data generated according to the continuous counting operation for the predetermined time period after the lapse of a certain period of time if there is no detection of the touch screen panel data for the predetermined period of time, storing detected another touch screen panel data if it is determined that there is detection of another touch screen panel data, and then repeating step (a).
