摘要： The present invention relates to an isolated plant nucleic acid which confers resistance to Tospoviruses as well as expression systems, host cells, and transgenic plants transformed with such a nucleic acid. Other aspects of the present invention relate to a method of imparting to plants, resistance to Tospoviruses by transforming plants with the nucleic acid of the present invention or to a method of eliciting a hypersensitive response in plants.
