    摘要: A guide structure is provided for guiding deployment of a pipeline from a hang-off structure through an opening in a vessel during a J-lay operation. The guide structure comprises a port-side guide assembly and a starboard-side guide assembly for engaging and guiding the pipeline below the hang-off structure, wherein the port and star-board-side guide assemblies are independently moveable to engage and guide the pipeline. The guide assemblies may be mounted to traverse on rails provided within the opening.

Further, the vessel has a pipe-in-pipe assembly workstation for assembling the inner pipe and the outer pipe in a pipe-in-pipe configuration. The vessel is designed with a lay-out which allows for producing offshore pipe-in-pipe strings from single joints, wherein available space is optimally used and pipe-in-pipe strings can be produced safely offshore.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a casing tensioner platform frame kit. The kit comprises frame components, corner connectors, rod components and rod connection components. The frame components and the corner connectors form a hexahedral frame. The rod components are fixed on the front planes and lateral planes of the hexahedral frame via the rod connection components. The frame components, corner connectors, rod components and rod connection components are all removable. Embodiments of the present invention also disclose a casing tensioner platform frame. The casing tensioner platform frame kit and the casing tensioner platform frame assembled by the kit provided by the present invention may be easily assembled or disassembled. The assembly or disassembly is implemented via prefabricated mounting components without any welding. The casing tensioner platform frame kit may be transported in the manner of components and be assembled at field. The cost of transportation and installation is significantly reduced while the quality and safety of the product is ensured.

The extension device comprises: an extension trolley tool (2) which is disposed below the rear boom section (11) and the front boom section (12) during an extension operation, and which comprises a wheel set (21), a trolley frame (22), a construction platform (23), and a movement track (24) disposed on the construction platform; a fits support frame trolley (31) disposed on the movement track (24) and used to carry a boom extension section (41) and guide the boom extension section (41) to move in a first direction; and a second support frame trolley (32) disposed on the movement track (24) and used to carry the front boom section (12) and guide the front boom section (12) to move in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction in a first plane. Further included is an extension method for a boom of a dockside container crane. The invention reduces usage of heavy-duty equipment.
