摘要: A double cylinder press for the formation of fibrous layers is capable of extracting fibers from fiber-containing liquid, causing the fibers to be adsorbed on the surfaces of wire gauzes 41 of cage cylinders 40 disposed in a stationary butt 10 and a swing butt 12, allowing masses of fibers produced in the course of the formation of fibrous layers to spontaneously drop down from above a region in which the cage cylinders are brought into pressure contact with each other to be collected, and allowing waste liquid resulting from compression and dehydration of the fibers to be dropped and discharged out of the double cylinder press with high efficiency.

摘要: A pulp diluting apparatus has a cylindrical vessel having the top portion thereof covered with a lid having a pulp inlet, a bearing mounted on the center of the lid, a lower steady support bearing mounted on the center of a bottom end portion of the cylindrical vessel, a rotary shaft held between the top bearing and the lower steady support bearing and provided on the lower portion thereof with rods having scraper plates, a water supply pipe disposed on the bottom end portion of the cylindrical vessel for supplying water into the cylindrical vessel, a valve provided on the water supply pipe for controlling the amount of water to be supplied into the water supply pipe, a driving machine connected to the rotary shaft for rotating the rotary shaft, a torque detector for detecting the torque of the driving machine and controlling the valve of the water supply pipe, and an outlet provided in the lower portion of the cylindrical vessel for taking the diluted pulp out of the cylindrical vessel.

摘要: A chain beating type crusher includes a crusher vessel (3), a shaft (7) provided centrally thereof and capable of being rotated at a high speed, and a plurality of beating chains (11) provided in a plurality of axially spaced-apart stages in each of which a plurality of radially spaced-apart chains are formed on the shaft. With high speed rotation of the shaft the beating chains in the individual stages are caused to undergo high speed revolution to form respective bearing zones. In order to return an object scattered toward the inner surface of a peripheral wall (4) of the crusher vessel back to the beating sone, a plurality of guide members (15) are mounted on the inner surface and each have a surface inclined toward the beating zones in the direction of revolution of the beating chains. The beating chains are mounted on the shaft such that they are each positioned in correspondece to the mid position between adjacent ones of them in the next stage. Each of them is coupled to an independent support bar (13) which is fitted in a recess provided in a chain holder means (14) secured to the outer periphery of the shaft. A rotary disc (16) is provided for rotation about its shaft in the lowermost portion of the crusher vessel, and a plurality of scrapers (17) are provided on the rotary disc to cause the crushed object to be led downward and pushed to the outside of the peripheral wall of the crusher vessel.
