    摘要: An injection stretch blow molding method sequentially circulates a plurality of neck mold moving units for supporting and conveying neck molds adapted to hold the neck portions of hollow containers and preforms used to mold the hollow containers at least through preform injection molding, blow molding and ejecting stations, the preform injection molding step, the blow molding step for blow molding the hollow containers from the preforms having their potential heat provided by the injection molding step and the product ejecting step being repeatedly carried out. The injection molding stations of M in number are provided for blow molding stations of N in number (M>N.gtoreq.1). Preforms are injection molded in each of the injection molding stations at an injection molding start time staggered from those of the other injection molding stations by time equal to N.times.T/M where T is an injection molding cycle time in each of the injection molding stations. The neck mold moving units are sequentially moved from the injection molding stations to the empty blow molding station after the respective one of the injection molding stations has molded the preforms. The preforms are blow molded into the hollow containers in the blow molding stations through their blow molding cycle time which is set within N.times.T/M.

    摘要: An injection stretch blow molding apparatus has an injection molding station and a blow molding station, with a transfer station positioned therebetween. The injection molding station has an injection molding section which molds preforms and a removal section which removes the preforms from an injection core mold. The blow molding station carries out circulating transfer of carrying members which support the preforms, and in the blow molding section the preforms are blow molded into containers. The transfer station has a receiving mechanism which receives preforms removed from the injection core mold in the injection molding station in the upright state, an inverting receiving mechanism which inverts the preforms and passes them in the inverted state to carrying members, and between the receiving mechanism and the inverting receiving mechanism, a movement mechanism transferring the preforms from the receiving mechanism to the inverting receiving mechanism.

First and second insulating plates, and an insulating air layer formed therebetween are disposed facing the carrying path with the infrared heaters between. The infrared heaters are supported by a plurality of support members. Each of this plurality of support members is able to be moved upward and downward by a height adjustment means, and is fixed to the second insulating plate at a given vertical position.

    摘要: A blow molding apparatus for blow molding a preform into a container has a rectangular carrying path, carrier members each of which supports and carries the preform and container, an endless carrying member for circulatorily driving the carrier members along the path, a first transferring portion for transferring the preform supplied from outside of the apparatus to at least one of the carrying members, a heating section for heating the preform supported by the at least one carrying member, a blow molding section for blow molding the heated preform into the container, a second transferring portion for transferring the blow molded container outside of the apparatus, at least one guidable member disposed at each of the carrying members, and at least one guide member for guiding the at least one guidable member in each of the carrying members in order to transfer each of the carrying members along the rectangular carrying path. The heating section preferably has a plurality of first heaters on one side of the path, spaced apart in a vertical direction and extending in a preform carrying direction, a reflecting plate facing the first heaters across the path, and a plurality of second heaters extending in the preform carrying direction on both sides of the path, and positioned at such a height in the vertical direction that the second heaters face regions subject to blow molding in the vicinities of the neck portions of the preforms.

    摘要: A blow molding apparatus which can be simplified in structure, reduced in size and facilitated in maintenance, and which can improve the heat efficiency and equalize the temperature gradations. The blow molding apparatus has a preform supply section, preform heating sections, a blow molding section, a product removing section and a conveying section. The conveying section intermittently conveys preforms while maintaining a fixed spacing between adjacent preforms. The preform heating section is divided into first and second heating portions. The first heating portion has heaters extending along the preforms while the second heating portion includes heaters extending in the direction of preform conveyance and aligned vertically. The first heating portion heats the preforms, and the second heating portion applies a temperature distribution to the preform. The second heating portion includes heaters extending along the preforms and disposed at positions where the preforms stop intermittently on each side of the preform conveying path.
