摘要: An electronic device is equipped with an oscillator interface to be coupled to an oscillator crystal of an oscillator element. The electronic device includes an oscillator circuit which is coupled to the oscillator interface and generates an oscillator signal. The electronic device is further provided with a temperature measurement interface to be coupled to a temperature sensor of the oscillator element so as to receive the temperature signal. For accomplishing temperature compensation, the electronic device is provided with a measurement controller coupled to the measurement interface and configured to measure a first value of the temperature signal at a first point of time and a second value of the temperature signal at a second point of time. A frequency drift estimator is provided so as to estimate a frequency drift of the oscillator signal on the basis of the first value of the temperature signal and a second value of the temperature signal. By means of a compensation logic, a frequency compensation signal for the oscillator circuit is generated on the basis of the estimated frequency drift.

摘要: Amplifier for an ultra-wideband (UWB) signal receiver having a signal input (15) for receiving an ultra-wideband signal which is sent by a transmitter (1) and which is transmitted in a sequence of transmission channels (Ki) (which each have a particular frequency bandwidth) which has been agreed between the transmitter (1) and the receiver (4); a transistor (18) whose control connection is connected to the signal input (15); a resonant circuit (26, 30, 31) which is connected to the transistor (18) and whose resonant frequency can be set for the purpose of selecting the transmission channel (Ki) in line with the agreed sequence of transmission channels; and having a signal output (29) for outputting the amplified ultra-wideband signal, the signal output being tapped off between the transistor (18) and the resonant circuit.

摘要: The invention relates to an differential amplifier circuit comprising an amplifier stage comprising a first and a second transistor, the gates of which are connected to differential input terminals of the amplifier stage. The differential amplifier further comprises a temperature compensation circuit comprising a third and fourth transistor. The third transistor is connected to the source of the first transistor and the fourth transistor is connected to the source of the second transistor. Further, the temperature compensation circuit comprises a constant current source connected to the respective sources of the third and fourth transistors. Thereby the temperature compensation circuit is arranged to provide a feedback resistance in dependence on the operating temperature so as to compensate for variations of the resistance of the first and second transistors.

摘要: A control device with a switchable bandwidth including: an integrating element with a first capacitance, which is charged and discharged by at least one current; at least one second capacitance, which can be connected in parallel with the first capacitance via a first switch; and at least one voltage follower, via which the voltage present at the first capacitance can be fed to the second capacitance. In this case, the first switch is open if the voltage present at the first capacitance is fed to the second capacitance by means of the voltage follower. The first switch is closed if the second capacitance is connected in parallel with the first capacitance. The invention enables a further capacitance to be supplementarily connected without a disturbance signal arising.
