摘要: The authorized IP addresses configured at components in an IMS network may become out of sync with the authorized IP address provided by a core network to UEs. This may result in emergency communications being received at the IMS network from a UE using a core network-authorized address that is not recognized by the IMS network. An IMS component may be configured to map an unauthorized address from an emergency communications to an authorized address and route the communications within the IMS network using the authorized address. An IMS component may also, or instead, add an unauthorized address from an emergency communications to a listing of authorized addresses so that the communications can be routed normally. An IMS component may also, or instead, transmit an authorized address to the UE via a policy component for configuration at the UE so that subsequent emergency communications will be authorized.

摘要: The disclosed technology provides system and methods for steering wireless communication devices away from low capacity layers (e.g., cells operating on low bandwidth frequency bands or low capacity radio access technologies (RATs) when the devices are stuck on such low capacity layers because of operational state changes of radio cells that the devices can attach to. For example, when a base station determines that a stationary, connected-mode, device has been operating on a low capacity layer for a certain duration, or if a higher capacity layer that was previously out of service comes back in service, the base station can initiate a handover causing the device to attach to the higher capacity layer.

摘要: A computer system obtains information describing a geographical area segmented into multiple first clusters serviced by a telecommunications network. Multiple test locations are identified within the first clusters. Each test location is located within a grid of the geographical area. Each first cluster is recursively segmented into multiple second clusters until a difference between a number of test locations within each second cluster and a target number of test locations is less than a threshold number of test locations. A route is generated connecting test locations within each second cluster, using a routing application programming interface for performing drive testing of the telecommunications network. The computer system sends the route to one or more computer devices for performing the drive testing at the test locations in a sequence corresponding to the route.

摘要: A system performs interoperable operations to unlock different wireless devices on different wireless networks. The system can receive requests to unlock wireless devices that are locked based on different restrictions, where unlocking requires performing different unlock processes that are normally exclusive to respective carriers, networks, or types of devices. The system can coordinate the interoperable operations to remove the restrictions based on requirements defined for the unlock processes. In particular, the system can identify a policy engine and a network resource to determine whether a particular wireless device is eligible for being unlocked and then utilize the network resource to unlock the wireless device. The system can unlock the different wireless devices by coordinating the same operations with different policy engines and network resources of different carriers, networks, or device manufacturers.

摘要: An information technology (IT) service platform that provides technical improvements to IT service management (ITSM) and IT operation management (ITOM) is configured to monitor and detect natural language queries related to IT network nodes and fault management alarming thereof in multiple communication channels. The IT service platform is further configured to map a detected natural language query to one of a catalog of pre-defined IT services. The IT service platform is further configured to use current alarming states or information to determine a complexity of the detected natural language query, and the complexity controls whether the IT service platform executes an automated process to perform the mapped IT service, or generates a data record that is flagged to a platform user to manually perform the mapped IT service.

摘要: A method to predict performance of different telecommunications technologies at a venue by obtaining event data of one or more events. The method can identify a geocode and a profile of a venue. The method can generate a coverage heatmap that includes network coverage of the venue by different telecommunications network technologies. The method can identify one or more network access nodes of the different telecommunications networks configured to provide coverage to the venue. The method can predict performance of the different telecommunications network technologies for a particular event indicated in the event data based on performance of the one or more network access nodes. The method can cause display, on a display device, of a performance prediction dashboard including data about the predicted performance.

摘要: A server system receives sensor data generated by one or more sensors of a medication dispenser. The medication dispenser can include multiple openable compartments for holding medicines. The sensor data includes sensor data generated by a sensor of the multiple sensors. The sensor detects the opening of a lid of a respective compartment of the multiple compartments. The server system determines whether the lid of the respective compartment has been opened during a particular time period, based on the sensor data. The respective compartment holds medicines to be consumed by a user of the medication dispenser during the particular time period. In response to a determination that the lid of the respective compartment has not been opened during the particular time period, the server system causes a wireless device to output a notification indicating that the lid of the respective compartment has not been opened during the particular time period.

摘要: A fraud detection system to proactively identify fraudulent transactions. The system receives an analyst-generated report for a transaction and trains a model using features from the feature types identified in analyst-generated reports. The system generates a fraud likelihood score for each requested transaction, compares it to the analyst-generate assessment, and retrains the model based on the difference.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to implementing on-device latency detection into operating system (OS)-level functionality of a client device in client-server and/or network communications. An example method includes extracting packet headers from data-connection packets transmitted between a local application client and a remote application server. Data records including packet headers and timestamps are stored. Data records for related data-connection packets (e.g., queries and responses, handshakes) are identified via the packet headers, and timestamps of the identified data records are compared to determine latency measurements. Latency measurements are then distributed to relevant application clients locally residing on an upper layer. The latency measurements are presented in dashboard display to an end user and used for server-side dynamic load balancing.

摘要: Introduced herein is a computer-implemented system for creating a digital twin of an electrical system using auto-discovery techniques. The system receives power data from meters in an electrical system. For each meter, the system captures a power profile related to a component connected to the meter and creates a set of delta data representing change in power over time. The system detects correlated changes by comparing the sets of delta data and generates a system dataset by combining the sets of delta data. The system detects echoes of power fluctuations of the electrical system from the system dataset and creates a digital twin of the electrical system.
