Abstract:
A method for grouping elongated products (4). The products (4) are delivered by a delivering conveyor device (5) and are deposited onto a conveyor belt (3) such that there are no gaps between the lateral surfaces, and the products are conveyed along a conveyor direction (F) at a conveyor speed. Of the products (4) being conveyed without gaps, multiple products (4) which form a product group and adjoin one another without gaps are removed from the conveyor belt (3) simultaneously using transfer means (7), wherein during the removal process, the transfer means (7) are moved along the conveyor section (S) from a starting position (24) to a removal position in the conveyor direction (F) in a synchronized manner with the conveyor belt (3) and the product group which is to be removed and which is being conveyed on the conveyor belt, and the products (4) of the product group are then aligned perpendicularly to the conveyor direction (F) simultaneously by means of a pivoting movement after the removal process and are deposited on a shelf in the aligned state as a row extending along the conveyor direction (F) without gaps.
Abstract:
In a transfer device for the transfer of thin-walled tubes to a transport device comprising a continuously conveying supply device for the individual supply of product units supplied from a production line, and a transport device with a conveyor belt that comprises a multitude of product receiving elements; it is provided that the supply device comprises a transfer control unit that is configured in such a manner that it matches the speed of the conveyor belt to a predetermined conveyance speed of the supply device so that a product unit to be transferred, having been delivered at the end of the product guide, lands precisely on the first free product receiving element in the direction of conveyance; and that the transfer device comprises a suction device for producing a suction vacuum, wherein for the transfer of a product unit, which has been supplied by the supply device, to the conveyor belt several product receiving elements that are situated in the transfer region of the transfer device can be operated with the suction vacuum of the suction device so that the product unit to be transferred is held and stabilized in the transfer region in the product receiving element by means of the suction vacuum both during landing and during onwards transfer.
Abstract:
In a device for supplying elongated, at least approximately hollow cylindrical, product units, preferably tubes, cartridges or cans, to packaging units, the device comprises means to distribute a continuous stream of product units to two packaging units that operate in parallel. In a method for supplying elongated, at least approximately hollow cylindrical, product units, preferably tubes, cartridges or cans to packaging units, a continuous stream of product units is distributed, by means of a distribution device, to two packaging units that operate in parallel.
Abstract:
A method for packing tubes or cans is proposed which arrive continuously from a production line and are taken over by a transport unit by means of a grouping unit. The transport unit transports the tubes or cans in a desired formation into a retaining hoop of a strapping unit, wherein the retaining hoop is able to grip the formation in a pincer-like movement, whereupon the formation is strapped using a plastic band and transported further. The transport is achieved by means of two spike plates which are used alternately.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for grouping preferably empty long products (4) embodied as tins, tubes or cartridges, the products (4) being delivered by a delivering conveyor device (5), preferably from a production line for producing the products (4), and placed on a conveyer belt (3) and transported thereby at a conveying speed along a conveying section (S) in a conveying direction (F), a product group (P) comprising a plurality of the products (4) being transferred by transfer means (7) at the same time from the conveyor belt (3) into receiving means (6), the transfer means (7) for transferring the products (4) being moved during the movement with the product group (P) in the conveying direction (F) at an angle, particularly perpendicularly, to the conveying direction (F) in a transfer direction (T) towards the receiving means (6), the receiving means (6) being moved perpendicularly to the conveying direction (F) and perpendicularly to the transfer direction (T), in order to be able to receive the subsequent product groups (P) above or below the already transferred product groups (P), after the transfer of each product group (P) or after the transfer of a plurality of product groups (P). The receiving means (6) and the transfer means (7) are moved along the conveying section (S) in the conveying direction (F) during the transfer of the product group (P), particularly synchronously with the conveyor belt (3) and the product groups (P) conveyed thereon and to be passed on, and following a successful transfer, are moved along the conveying section (S), in the opposite direction to the conveying direction (F), in order to transfer another product group (P′) into the receiving means (6).

A method for grouping elongated products (4) wherein products (4) are delivered by a delivering conveyor device (5) and deposited onto a conveyor belt (3) with no gaps between lateral surfaces, and conveyed along a conveyor direction (F). multiple products (4) which form a product group and adjoin one another without gaps are removed from the conveyor belt (3) simultaneously using a transfer assembly (7). During removal, the transfer assembly (7) is moved along the conveyor section (S) from a starting position (24) to a removal position in the conveyor direction (F) synchronized with the conveyor belt (3) and the product group which is to be removed and which is being conveyed on the conveyor belt, and the products (4) of the product group are then aligned perpendicularly to the conveyor direction (F) simultaneously by a pivoting movement and are deposited on a shelf as a row extending along the conveyor direction (F) without gaps.
