    摘要: The invention relates to a display screen and a packaging method thereof. The packaging method of the display screen comprises the following steps: providing a substrate of the display screen; evaporating an organic light-emitting material on the substrate; printing a first packaging pattern and a second packaging pattern on the cover plate of the display screen, wherein the first packaging pattern surrounds the second packaging pattern; etching the organic light-emitting material by using a first laser on the substrate; fitting the substrate and the cover plate so that the first packaging pattern and the substrate are fitted, and the second packaging pattern and the organic light-emitting material are fitted; sintering the first packaging pattern and the second packaging pattern by using a second laser on one of the substrate and the cover plate; and performing punching on the display screen.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a display panel and a display apparatus, the display panel comprising: a plurality of pixel circuits and a plurality of voltage compensation circuits; the voltage compensation circuits comprise an initialising circuit, a short connection circuit, a programming voltage input circuit, and a programming current output circuit; the initialising circuit comprises a first capacitor, a first end of the first capacitor being used for connecting to a first voltage signal end; the programming current output circuit comprises a first drive transistor, a control end of the first drive transistor being connected to the first end of the first capacitor, the control end of the first drive transistor being connected to a first connecting end by means of the short connection circuit, a second connecting end of the first drive transistor being connected to the programming voltage input circuit and a programming current output end; and the programming current output end is respectively connected to the plurality of pixel circuits. The display area uses pixel circuits of a current compensation mode, such that the circuit structure is simple and the area of the pixel circuits is smaller, and the electron mobility of the second drive transistor of the display area can also be compensated.

    摘要: The present application relates to a touch display module (10) and a touch display screen. The touch display module (10) comprises a first substrate (100), a second substrate (200), a touch electrode layer (300), a pixel definition layer (400) and a cathode layer (500), a plurality of support portions (600) being provided between the cathode layer (500) and the pixel definition layer (400), and the projection of each support portion (600) on the touch electrode layer (300) being located in a light transmitting hole (310). The light transmitting hole (310) corresponds to a pixel unit (410) and the support portion (600) respectively, so that a distance between a part of the cathode layer (500) on the support portion (600) and the touch electrode layer (300) includes the pixel unit (410), so as to increase the distance between a part of the cathode layer (500) on the support portion (600) and the touch electrode layer (300), thereby reducing coupling capacitance between the touch electrode and the cathode layer (500), and improving the effect of touch sensing.
