摘要: A substation instrument control system is disclosed. The substation instrument control system includes a plurality of transformers that generate a plurality of waveform signals representing electric properties of a substation instrument main body. A merging unit is communicatively coupled to the plurality of transformers and includes a signal processing unit and a control unit. The signal processing unit receives the plurality of waveform signals from the plurality of transformers and converts the plurality of waveform signals to a digital signal. The control unit controls operation of the signal processing unit using a setting data. An intelligent electronic device is communicatively coupled to the merging unit and receives the digital signal from the merging unit.

摘要: In an agent system having a plurality of agents each of which executes predetermined processing while moving through a plurality of nodes connected to an information network, the plurality of nodes respectively have a plurality of agent platforms which receive and execute the agents, one of the agent platform and the node has synchronization means, and when the plurality of agents which are running on the same node should synchronously execute operation, the plurality of agents on the same node execute processing synchronously by sending a synchronization request message to the synchronization means.

摘要: According to an embodiment, a fault point location method of locating a fault point by using a voltage and a current of each terminal of a transmission line to be located and a transmission line constant is disclosed. According to the method, a formula simplified by a secondary approximation using an approximation of a hyperbolic function from a basic equation of a distributed constant circuit equation using the hyperbolic function or a formula simplified by a division of both sides by the hyperbolic function is determined. A location distance from a predetermined end of the transmission line to the fault point is calculated by using the simplified formula.
