摘要: According to one embodiment, when sending a transmission target main data 21, an authentication-tag generator unit 13 generates an authentication tag 23 by using a main data 21 and a key data 22 stored in a key-data storage unit 12. A transmitter/receiver unit 14 adds the authentication tag 23 to the main data 32 sends as a transmission data. When receiving the received data 24a, the transmitter/receiver unit 14 divides the received data into a main data 21a and an authentication tag 23a. The authentication-tag generator unit 13 generates an authentication tag 23b for comparison. A received-data authentication unit 15 determines whether or not those the received authentication tag 23a and the authentication tag for comparison 23b match with each other. A different key data is used every time upon the authentication-tag generation and use time of each key data during a set period is restricted.

摘要: Disclosed is a dynamic facility management system that is able to start quickly and monitor a state when various measuring instruments are attached to or removed from the facility to be securely monitored and maintained. The system includes a sensor as a measuring instrument. A measuring instrument reading device, which is a lower level device, transmits a type of the measuring instrument and a purpose of connecting the measuring instrument to a directory server. The directory server generates an instance by referring to class information and generates and registers a relation instance by referring to an inter-class relationship. The directory server transmits the generated instance to related devices on the basis of an inter-instance relationship, and the directory server exchanges facility management data between instances on the basis of the inter-instance relationship.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a measuring device includes a clock output unit, a receiving unit, an adjusting unit, a generating unit, and a transmitting unit. The clock output unit generates a clock, counts the clock, and outputs a count value. The receiving unit receives a first message including time information. The adjusting unit adjusts time at which acquires a physical amount on the basis of the time information included in the first message and the count value output from the clock output unit when the first message is received. The generating unit generates a second message including a value of the physical amount acquired at the adjusted time. The transmitting unit transmits the second message to a device, which is a transmission source of the first message.

摘要: A substation instrument control system is disclosed. The substation instrument control system includes a plurality of transformers that generate a plurality of waveform signals representing electric properties of a substation instrument main body. A merging unit is communicatively coupled to the plurality of transformers and includes a signal processing unit and a control unit. The signal processing unit receives the plurality of waveform signals from the plurality of transformers and converts the plurality of waveform signals to a digital signal. The control unit controls operation of the signal processing unit using a setting data. An intelligent electronic device is communicatively coupled to the merging unit and receives the digital signal from the merging unit.

摘要: In a color image processor for converting a RGB input image data into a CMYK image output data, it is determined whether a data format of the input image data is a non-picture image format or a picture image format. For the input image data of the non-picture image format, a color conversion is performed with values of C, M and Y colors made minimum and a value of K color made maximum, when values of all of the R, G and B colors are minimum, and, for the input image data of the picture image format, a color conversion is performed with the values of the C, M and Y colors set to temporary values slightly smaller than the maximum values thereof when values of all of the R, G and B colors are minimum. Final C, M, Y and K colors are obtained by performing the Black-Generation and Under-Color-Removal processing for the temporary values.

摘要: A yarn article comprising a tetrafluoroethylene polymer is disclosed which has a specific bulk density, a specific orientation degree in an axial direction and a specific crystallinity and exhibits specific peaks in the thermogram of differential scanning calorimetry. The yarn article has excellent tensile strength at break and excellent tensile modulus of elasticity as well as inertness to chemicals. Therefore, the yarn article of the present invention can advantageously be used as a material for producing a woven fabric, a knit, a rope and the like, particularly in the field where not only chemical resistance but also high tensile strength and high tensile modulus of elasticity are required.
