摘要: In a connector having first and second connecting cylinders and a split clamp, the first cylinder has a pressing portion projecting inwardly radially from the inside of one end thereof and an annular portion extending axially forwardly from one end thereof. The second cylinder has a conductive pressed portion opposing the pressing portion when connected to the first cylinder. The clamp is sandwiched between the pressing and pressed portions and held by the annular portion. When the clamp is pressed by the pressing portion in association with the connection of the cylinders, it clamps one end of an outer conductor of a coaxial cable in cooperation with the pressed portion.

摘要: Disclosed is a connector 100 which has a center contact 20 electrically connected to an inner conductor formed of a corrugated duct, a tubular body 60 electrically connected to an outer conductor and surrounding the center contact 20, and an insulating member 70 by which the center contact 20 and the tubular body 60 are insulated electrically from each other. The center contact 20 is provided with an external thread part 22 which is brought into mating engagement with the inner conductor, and the external thread part 22 has a first external thread of a first pitch shorter than the pitch of the corrugated duct.

摘要: A connector for a coaxial cable is provided which has been miniaturized for facilitating its handling and storage, and also for reducing the cost and the number of its electric contact points. The cylindrical connector main body is fitted onto the end of the coaxial cable and secured thereto. In this case, the split clamp which is fitted around the external conductor is engaged in the concave stage portion so as to expose the edge of the external conductor. Hexagon socket head cap screws are screwed into the attachment holes so as to incorporate the contact spacer into the connector main body. As a result, the edge of the external conductor is bent on the outer side along the split clamp to form a flare unit, which is contacted and pressed against the base end surface of the contact spacer and electrically connected. The central contact is made up of a bar-like member integral with the anchor unit with grooves and the male thread unit in order to reduce its size in the cable axis X direction. The male thread unit is made to go through the inside hole of the contact spacer and screwed into a female thread unit of the internal conductor to connect them electrically. The connector is connected with another connector by connection volts which go through the connection holes.
