摘要: A plug connection device for connecting an electrical cable and establishing a ground connection to an external component may have at least one plug connector and fastening means electrically and mechanically connectable therewith. The plug connector may have a housing and a plug body which is connectable to a conductor of the electrical cable and receivable in an axial direction in a receptacle of the housing. The contact element may plug into the housing to make electrical contact with the plug body received in the receptacle. The contact element and connection element are electrically connected to one another. The connection element may be connected to a ground cable that is connectable with the external component to establish, independently of the electrical cable, the ground connection with the external component via the plug body, contact element, connection part and the ground cable.

摘要: A method making a three-dimensional inductor, the method including: forming a plurality of vias in a substrate or a molding compound, wherein the vias are arranged with spacings among them; forming a metal layer having interconnects, wherein the interconnects of the metal layer connect the plurality of vias on one end of the vias; forming a plurality of wires to connect the plurality of vias on the other end of the vias to form the 3D inductor; and tuning one or more of the plurality of wires to adjust a physical configuration and inductance value of the 3D inductor.

摘要: A shield wire for use with a terminal fitting has a ring (7) is fit laterally to an outer cover (4), and a braided wire (3) is folded onto an outer peripheral surface of the ring (7). A hooking edge (9) protrudes over the entire circumference on a front end part of the ring (7). A barrel (15) of an outer conductor terminal (12) is crimped to the folded braided wire (3). Thus, the hooking edge (9) of the ring (7) is widened into a horn shape to form a bell-mouth (16) with the braided wire (3) hooked to the hooking edge (9). Thus, a hooked sate of the braided wire (3) and the ring (7) is strengthened, so that a holding force of a terminal fitting (T) onto a shield wire (S) is enhanced.

摘要: A shield unit is formed such that each divided piece of a shield member, which is inserted through each slit of a shield shell and pulled out therefrom, is crimped together with a corresponding extension piece of the shield shell and crimped onto the shield shell. At that time, the outer surface of the divided piece slides on the corner at the outer edge of the slit to scrape the oxide layer off the surface of the divided piece. Each divided piece of the shield member is crimped together with each folded portion from the extension piece of the shield shell and crimped on a base of the shield shell, thereby electrically connecting the outer surface of each divided piece with the aluminum surface exposed to the base with excellent electrical conductivity.

摘要: A tunable three-dimensional (3D) inductor comprises a plurality of vias arranged with spacing among them, a plurality of interconnects in a metal layer, wherein the plurality of interconnects connect the plurality of vias on one end, and a plurality of tunable wires that connects to the plurality of vias on the other end to form the 3D inductor. The physical configuration and inductance value of the 3D inductor are adjustable by tuning the plurality of tunable wires during manufacturing process.

摘要: A connection member includes a tube extending a length along a central longitudinal axis. The tube includes a central passageway that extends through the length of the tube. The tube has a non-circular cross-sectional shape along the length of the tube. The tube includes an exterior side that defines a perimeter of the non-circular cross-sectional shape of the tube. Stamped threads are formed on the exterior side of the tube along at least a portion of the length of the tube. The stamped threads are discontinuous along the perimeter of the non-circular cross-sectional shape of the tube such that the stamped threads only extend along at least one portion of the perimeter of the non-circular cross-sectional shape of the tube.

摘要: Coaxial cable connectors. In one example embodiment, a coaxial cable connector for terminating a coaxial cable is provided. The coaxial cable includes an inner conductor, an insulating layer, an outer conductor, and a jacket. The coaxial cable connector includes an internal connector structure, an external connector structure, and a conductive pin. The external connector structure cooperates with the internal connector structure to define a cylindrical gap that is configured to receive an increased-diameter section of the outer conductor. The external connector structure is configured to be clamped around the increased-diameter section so as to radially compress the increased-diameter section between the external connector structure and the internal connector structure. The conductive pin is configured to deform the inner conductor.

摘要: Coaxial cable connectors. In one example embodiment, a coaxial cable connector for terminating a coaxial cable is provided. 摘要: A stabilizing coupling body assembly for a coaxial connector is provided with a coupling body dimensioned to couple at a connector end of the coupling body with a cable end of the connector. A jacket grip of rigid material is retained between the coupling body and a stabilizing body coupled to a cable end of the coupling body. An outer diameter of the jacket grip abuts an annular wedge surface of the stabilizing body. The wedge surface is provided with a taper between a maximum diameter proximate a connector end of the jacket grip and a minimum diameter proximate a cable end of the annular wedge surface. The jacket grip is driven radially inward as the stabilizing body is advanced axially towards the coupling body. Methods of manufacture include forming elements of the coupling body assembly via injection molding.
