摘要： A solar cell includes: a semiconductor substrate having a light receiving surface, an anti-light receiving surface, and a side surface; a front-side electrode formed on a side of the light receiving surface of the semiconductor substrate; and a rear-side electrode formed on a side of the anti-light receiving surface of the semiconductor substrate. An identification mark is provided to at least one of a portion on the side of the light receiving surface, a portion on the side of the anti-light receiving surface, and the side surface of the semiconductor substrate.
