Abstract:
The present invention provides a framed soap containing uniformly entrained bubbles and a method for producing the same. The framed soap of the present invention is produced by cooling and solidifying high-temperature molten soap containing a fatty acid salt or an N-acyl acidic amino acid salt, prepared with the counter ion of which sodium is essential and an organic amine and potassium are optional, in a cylindrical cooling frame and characterized in that 10 volume % or higher air bubbles having a number average particle diameter of 65 μm or smaller are uniformly entrained.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a sheet member container from which sheet members housed in a stacked state can be taken out reliably and in which occurrence of a wrinkle in the next sheet member in returning operation of sheet feeding means is reduced. The sheet member container has a container body 1 having a top face opening for containing stacked sheet members 10; a lid member 15 for openably/closably closing with respect to a top face opening 6 of the container body 1; and sheet feeding means 30 provided for the lid member 15 for feeding the sheet members 10 one by one from the top via a slot 25 formed in either one of the container body 1 or the lid member 15. The sheet member container has bending means A for bending the sheet members 10 housed in the container body 1 in a direction orthogonal to a feeding direction of the sheet members.
Abstract:
A composition for a bactericidal, disinfecting, and cleansing foam agent contains, as essential components, (a) at least one nonionic surfactant selected from polyalkylene glycol ethers and fatty acid esters of polyglycerin, (b) a bactericidal component, and (c) water. In a preferable embodiment, the nonionic surfactant has a HLB of 10 or greater and is selected from fatty acid esters of polyglycerin. The bactericidal component is selected from hinokitiol, hinokitiol salts, and hinokitiol complexes. This composition is free from a lower alcohol, and further free from an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant and a cationic surfactant. This composition is particularly suitable for a pump foam-type product. This invention can provide a composition suitable for a bactericidal, disinfecting, and cleansing agent wherein the composition turns into foam sufficiently to give an easy-to-use foam agent.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a novel surfactant which is obtained by blending an N—C8-24 acylamino acid and an alkali salt of an amino acid, and also relates to a detergent composition comprising this surfactant as a cleansing component and an emulsion composition comprising this surfactant as an emulsifying component. In the alkali salt of an amino acid, a suitable amino acid is an acidic or neutral α-amino acid, and a suitable alkali is sodium, potassium, triethanolamine, or N-methyltaurine sodium. In the N—C8-24 acylamino acid, a suitable amino acid is acidic or neutral, and a suitable C8-24 acyl is a C12-18 acyl. This surfactant can provide a detergent composition which ensures good lathering ability and foam quality and which does not cause stiff hair or taut skin after use. The surfactant can also provide an emulsion composition which ensures a good emulsion state.
Abstract:
A transparent solid detergent includes; 3.5 wt % or above of at least one fatty acid salt selected from the group consisting of compounds expressed by the following general formulas (I)-(III); R—COO−H2N+(CH3)—CH2-CH2-SO3−X+ (I) R—COO−H2 N+—C2—CH2—SO3−X+ (II) R—COO−H2 N+—CH2—CH2—SO2−X+ (III) (wherein the formulas R is a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group with carbon number 7˜23, and X is an alkali metal or organic alkali) sodium salt of fatty acid and/or potassium salt of fatty acid; humectant; and water.

Abstract:
Washing with conventional filmy soaps cannot bring about clean detergent effect because of the remaining sliminess due to the ingredient essential for forming soap into films. Further, when moisture adheres to conventional filmy compositions, the water-soluble polymer or other ingredients contained in the compositions dissolve in the moisture to cause the blocking of filmy compositions, which makes it impossible to take out the filmy compositions one by one. Detergent effect without sliminess and the antiblocking of filmy compositions can be attained by incorporating a granular component into a filmy composition containing a water-soluble polymer. The filmy compositions of the invention are used as filmy facial masks, whitening masks, sheet soap, cleansing sheets, sheet shampoos, sheet rinses, sheet bath additives, and so on.
