    摘要: A single stage root type vacuum pump has a pair of outside air introduction holes formed in the vicinity of a phantom line in an inner wall surface within a range between intersecting points, where the intermediate position that is located between the center of a driving side rotor shaft and the center of a driven side rotor shaft of three-lobe rotors intersects with the intersecting points at which internal circles located on the extended circumferences of the inner wall surface of the casing. The pair of outside air introduction holes formed in symmetrical positions into horizontally long slit shapes parallel to a width direction of the casing. Check valves are fitted to tip end portions of outside air introduction pipes which are respectively connected to outside air communication holes for preventing air from escaping at the time of reverse rotation of the three-lobe rotors.

    摘要: In a vacuum-operated sewage system, a vacuum sewage pipe (31) evacuated inside to a vacuum state is connected to a sewage suction pipe (15) via a vacuum valve (14) operated by the vacuum in the vacuum sewage pipe (31). While the vacuum valve (14) is open, sewage accumulated in a sewage tank (11) is sucked through the sewage suction pipe (15) into the vacuum sewage pipe (31). An air inlet valve (20) is connected in the neighborhood of the vacuum valve (14) and between the vacuum valve (14) and the vacuum sewage pipe (31), and operated by the vacuum in the vacuum sewage pipe (31). When the degree of vacuum drops in the vacuum sewage pipe (31), the air inlet valve (20) is allowed to open and supply air into the vacuum sewage pipe (31).

    摘要: A vacuum control valve controls the removal of sewage or other liquid removed from a tank by a vacuum discharge pipe. The control valve uses the amount of liquid in the tank, the atmospheric pressure, and the vacuum pressure of the vacuum discharge pipe to open or close a pipe communicating section which attaches the vacuum discharge pipe to a suction pipe disposed within the tank. When the pipe communicating section is opened, the liquid is removed from the tank via the suction pipe and the vacuum discharge pipe. When the tank is emptied, a damping diaphragm allows for decompression of pressure around its peripheral portion to prevent excessive suction. An opening time adjusting valve automatically self-adjusts to control the time period for a single suction activity based on the vacuum pressure inside the vacuum discharge pipe.
