摘要: The present invention provides a classification method and system for rechargeable batteries based on stable charging current or current leakage. A charging current should be zero theoretically when a rechargeable battery is fully charged, however, due to self-discharging effect, there exists a current leakage even after the battery is fully charged. Rechargeable batteries can be classified based on their stable charging current after being fully charged. Different classified rechargeable batteries can be adopted for different purposes.

摘要: This invention discloses a charging method for series rechargeable battery cells. This invention comprises a Total Voltage Follow-up Procedure (TVFP) in combination with an Artificial Intelligent Equalizing Procedure (AIEP). The TVFP detects deviation of a total voltage and accordingly modifies a trigger voltage for voltage equaling procedure; the AIEP controls the voltage difference of the series battery cells within a predetermined range.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method and system for charging rechargeable battery cells in series. When the voltage of a specific battery cell is too high, discharge the specific battery cell, and at the same time let other battery cells with lower voltage continue to charge, so that each battery cell in series can be charged to almost the same level. This invention designs in a “Total voltage follow-up charging method”, a Battery Manage System (BMS) detects total voltage of the series-connected battery in real-time and modifies an “equalizing trigger voltage”, as the total voltage drifts the equaling function still works well.
