摘要： When removing a wheel cover from a wheel, force in an inner peripheral direction is applied to one end portion of an engaging member. The engaging member pivots (including elastically deforms) about the other end portion, such that an engaging protruding portion pivots and comes away from an engagable protruding portion. As a result, a center attaching portion is able to be removed from an ornament receiving hole, thus enabling the wheel cover to be removed from the wheel.

摘要： A method of controlling the temperature of molten steel and the carbon content in an oxygen converter comprising the steps of, making measurements by the use of a detecting probe at the suitable time in the midst of the blowing; measuring the actual value at that time as the starting point for the thereafter operation of prediction; using the amount of slag accumulated oxygen as a principal parameter for operation of the prediction, and combining the third feature stated above with the second feature stated above for obtaining the predicted value with higher accuracy.
