The transmitting apparatus is capable of transmitting, together with transmission data, retransmission data in response to an HARQ from a receiving apparatus, according to an MCS determined based on a request from the receiving apparatus and includes a storage portion which stores information indicating a transition of an FER with respect to a communication quality for each MCS in both cases in which an HARQ response is enabled and disabled, an HARQ switching portion which switches whether to enable or disable the HARQ response in accordance with a QoS class of data to be transmitted, and an MCS switching portion which switches an MCS in accordance with the switching of whether to enable or disable the HARQ response, while referring to the information stored in the storage portion.

    摘要: One object of the present invention is to effectively utilize adaptive modulation and improve stability of wireless communication, without departing from standards, by independently controlling MCSs of retransmission data and usual data and using MCS suitable for each data. In the wireless communication system of the present invention, a frame, in which an error occurs, in both a transmitting device and a receiving device and the error part are specified, and MCS used in the frame is specified. Therefore, it is possible to modulate/demodulate the error part based on desired MCS without loading MCS on HARQ.

    摘要: There is provided a wireless communication method, a wireless communication system, a base station and a mobile station which conduct wireless communication using an OFDM modulation scheme. The base station transmits a timing correction burst to the mobile station only when a correlation peak detected from a received OFDM symbol is within a predetermined timing detection range. If the timing correction burst is not introduced from the base station even after expiration of predetermined time duration, by copying a signal by a length different from a guard interval from the end of an effective symbol and adding the copied signal to the front of the effective symbol, the mobile station generates a new timing correction channel (second time), in which transmission timing of a previously generated timing correction channel is shifted.

    摘要: One of the objects of the present invention is to more completely avoid impossibility of access between a mobile station and a base station, in wireless communication using an OFDM modulation scheme. A mobile station (110) generates a timing correction channel (first time) to be frame synchronized with a notification channel.A base station (120) transmits a timing correction burst to the mobile station only when a correlation peak detected from a received OFDM symbol is within a predetermined timing detection range. If the timing correction burst is not introduced from the base station even after expiration of predetermined time duration, by copying a signal by a length different from a guard interval from the end of an effective symbol and adding the copied signal to the front of the effective symbol, the mobile station generates a new timing correction channel (second time), in which transmission timing of a previously generated timing correction channel is shifted.
