摘要： An automatic lubrication structure of slide mechanism. The automatic lubrication structure includes a guide section, a slide section slidably disposed on the guide section, and a lubricating section fixedly disposed on the guide section. The lubricating section has an oil reservoir with an internal cavity for containing therein a lubricant or the like. The lubricating section further has a communication passage and multiple oil-filling holes formed on lateral sides of the guide section in contact with the slide section. The cavity communicates with the oil-filling holes via the communication passage. The slide section is movable to push a push member for making the lubricant or the like contained in the cavity spill out of the oil-filling holes so as to provide lubrication effect for contact faces between the guide section and the slide section.

摘要： A linear actuator is provided with an outer tube, an intermediate tube and an inner tube, and the tubes are all polygonal in cross section and are mounted orderly. The outer tube is disposed at the bottom thereof with a push device which has a screw and a nut that are screwed with each other. The nut is engaged in the intermediate tube and is linked to move axially by the screw. The intermediate tube can be movably equipped with a pulling member, and the pulling member can link the inner tube to synchronously move in the axial direction. By such arrangements, the linear actuator allows the respective tubes to extend and retract axially relative to one another while preventing them from moving relative to one another in radial direction, thus achieving the stable and smooth axial movement.

摘要： The present invention claims for a nut assembly for a linear actuator is applied to an actuator around a lead screw and an inner tube thereof. The nut assembly of the present invention comprises: a lead nut, assembled to the lead screw and externally engaged with the end of the inner tube; a locking nut, assembled at the end of the inner tube; and a safety nut, assembled to the lead screw and be retained by the lead nut and locking nut at its opposite ends. Thereby, the safety nut is capable of bearing a thrust load or a tensile load burdened to the linear actuator when the screw threads of the lead nut are damaged.

Thus, each pulling member can be pulled to change the tension so as to keep the stability.

The casing is composed of two half casings, which are mated with each other to accommodate the transmission mechanism, the gearbox and the rear retainer seat. The mating faces of the half casings are parallel to the axis of the output shaft of a motor to facilitate connection operation of the casing.
