摘要： An electrical connector for interconnecting a camera module with a printed circuit board comprises a metal housing including a base wall and side walls extending upwardly from the edge of the base wall. Wherein one of the base wall and the side walls defines a grounding spring extending from the outer surface thereof to ourside. Therefore, when the electrical connector is assembled into a chamber formed on the mobile phone for accommodating the electrical connector, the grounding spring can be compressed between the housing and the inner wall of the chamber, thus, the electricity from the camera module can be transmitted to the mobile phone via the grounding spring and the electrical connector is not interfered by the other electric equipment.

And each terminal further includes enlarged portion (306), which connected the retaining section and the contact section, and being out of the insulating material so as to effectively reduce the deflection during mating with an inserted element.

The shielding shell defines a pair of soldering tabs (4040) on the two ends thereof bearing against the side walls of the metal shell. The shielding shell are connected with the metal shell by spot welding the soldering tabs of the shielding shell to the end walls. Therefore, a firm connection is provided between the metal shell, the insulating housing, and the shielding shell.

摘要： A card connector comprises an insulative housing having a rear contact-mounting section at the rear of the cavity, a longitudinal side wall section extends forwardly from one end of the rear section at one side of the cavity, a bottom surface for mounting on a circuit board, a plurality of contacts are mounted on the rear contact-mounting section of the housing and have contact portions for engaging appropriate contacts on the memory card. The sidewalls and the bottom surface cooperatively form an interior cavity for receiving a memory card. A pair of switch contacts is mounted on the sidewall section of the housing; one of the sidewalls defines a pair of retaining recess for receiving the switch contacts. At least one switch contact defines a number of dimples for engaging with inner walls of the corresponding retaining recess.
