摘要： A service transmitting method of mobile multimedia broadcasting network is disclosed. The sending side of the system adds an updating indication of multiplexing configuration information in the service information slice for indicating whether the information of a next frame is updated, sends information to the receiving terminal, and sends an updating indication of information to the terminal in advance; the terminal acquires the service needed according to the information received at the beginning and monitors whether the information is going to change by monitoring the updating indication, the terminal stops monitoring and records the updating indication in case monitors an updating indication; for receiving other services, the terminal inquires whether any updating notice is recorded, if recorded, the terminal re-acquires the current information, according to which the service needed is acquired and at the same time removes the original updating indication and re-starts to monitor the updating indication of information.

摘要： The present invention discloses a device for processing a network information list updating serial number, which includes: a parsing module configured to parse a network information list updating serial number from a multiplex frame head information of a multiplex frame received by a terminal; a comparing module, connected to the parsing module, and configured to compare the network information list updating serial number parsed by the parsing module with a network information list updating serial number in a network information list cached by the terminal; a determining module, connected to the comparing module, and configured to determine whether to update the network information list according to the comparison result of the comparing module; and a processing module, connected to the determining module, and configured to perform related processing to the network information list updating serial number according to the determination result of the determining module. A mobile terminal is also disclosed in the present invention. By using the present invention, the network information list can be updated in time; therefore the communication efficiency is improved.

摘要： Methods and apparatuses to improve the temperature uniformity of a workpiece being processed on a heated platen of a thermal processing station. A heated platen is enclosed in a housing incorporating an additional heat source that uniformly outputs thermal energy into the process chamber in which the heated platen is positioned. In preferred embodiments, this heat source is positioned in the lid of the housing. It is additionally preferred that the heated lid includes features that provide a gas flow path to introduce to and/or purge gas from the process chamber. In terms of photoresist performance, the improved thermal uniformity provided by using such an additional heat source in the housing, e.g., in the lid, offers improved line width control and line uniformity across a wafer.
