摘要： The present invention relates to a safety belt retractor, including a bracket, a spool, a locking device, a vehicle sensing device (20) and a vehicle sensing suppression device, wherein the vehicle sensing suppression device includes a driven part and a suppression part. The driven part can be driven by the spool. The suppression part can be held on the driven part by an adhesive force, wherein the driven part has a sliding track, and the suppression part has a sliding portion that can slide on the sliding track against the adhesive force. The suppression part can be limited in a first end position, in which it can suppress the vehicle sensing function of the vehicle sensing device, and it can release the vehicle sensing function of the vehicle sensing device when leaving away from the first end position. Here, the mechanism for achieving the function of suppressing the vehicle sensing noise is simple in structure and low in cost, and can effectively reduce the vehicle sensing noise. The present invention further relates to a safety belt assembly including such a safety belt retractor.

摘要： A method of producing a component for a vehicle interior may comprise placing a liner in a forming tool, placing a heater element on the liner, applying a foam material, and forming the heater element on a substrate. Adhesive may be applied to the heater element and liner. The liner may comprise a tool liner configured to facilitate removal of the component from the forming tool. The tool liner may remain in the forming tool when the component is removed from the forming tool. The tool liner may be re-usable. The adhesive/tape may comprise a pressure-sensitive adhesive with suitable adhesion for the heater element/mat without requiring activation; the adhesive/tape may comprise a side with lower adhesion to the mold liner (temporary adhesion) and with higher adhesion to the body of the heater element/mat (permanent adhesion). A pre-fix tool may be used.

The vehicle sensing adaptivity suppression device includes a driven part (8) and a suppression part (7) that can be held on the driven part by an adhesive force. The suppression part has a retainer, and a sensing seat has a counter retainer that cooperates with the retainer. A retaining connection isn't formed when the suppression part is in the first end position, and is formed when the suppression part leaves away from the first end position to a predetermined extent. Here, the mechanism for achieving the vehicle sensing adaptivity suppression function is simple in structure and low in cost, and can effectively suppress the adaptivity of the vehicle sensing function. The present invention further relates to a safety belt assembly comprising such a safety belt assembly.

摘要： A safety belt retractor, comprising a frame (8) and a belt retracting cylinder (1), the retracting cylinder (1) being rotatably supported in the frame (8) and being composed to be used for winding a woven belt (2). The frame (8) comprises: a back plate (8h), which has a first side and a second side which are opposite to each other, and a first opening (20); a plurality of first supporting legs (8a,8b), extending from the first side of the back plate (8h); a first support plate (11), which is provided with a second opening (21) and is connected to free end regions of the first supporting legs (8a, 8b); a plurality of second supporting legs (8c, 8d, 8e, 8f), extending from the second side of the back plate (8h); and a second supporting plate (9), connected to the free end regions of the second supporting legs (8c, 8d, 8e, 8f). The first opening (20) and the second opening (21) receive the belt retracting cylinder (1). The safety belt retractor is simple in structure and easy to assembly. Also provided is a safety belt device comprising the safety belt retractor.
