摘要: A seat pad with improved thermal comfort and improved vibration absorptivity and a seat pad manufacturing method for easily obtaining the seat pad are provided. In the seat pad (1), when a surface portion (2) up to 10 mm from a surface (1f) is cut out and the air permeability AR1 of the surface portion (2) is measured in compliance with JIS K 6400, the air permeability AR1 is more than 5 cc/cm2/sec and 25 cc/cm2/sec or less. The seat pad manufacturing method is a seat pad manufacturing method for obtaining the seat pad (1) by supplying a molding material into a molding die and performing foam molding. As the molding die, a molding die an inner surface of which is covered with polystyrene or polyethylene is used.

摘要: Composites having a polymer or natural leather skin layer and a polyurethane foam layer are made in a molding process. The polyurethane foam layer is made from a foam formulation that includes certain polyester polyols. The presence of the polyester polyol improves flow characteristics of the foam formulation. The foam so produced has unexpectedly low quantities of VOCs.

摘要: A cavity-containing polyester film is disclosed, including a layer (layer A) which has therein cavities, and layers (layers B) which each include a polyester resin containing inorganic particles and which are laminated, respectively, over both surfaces of the layer A. The layer A includes a composition including a polyester resin and a polypropylene resin. The polypropylene resin satisfies requirements of: (1) the melt flow rate (MFR) ranges from 1.0 to 10 g/10-minutes (at a temperature of 230° C. under a load of 2.16 kg); (2) the deflection temperature is 85° C. or higher under load (at a bending stress of 0.45 MPa); and (3) the weight-average molecular weight Mw ranges from 200,000 to 450000 (measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC)); and the molecular weight distribution ranges from 2 to 6 (being represented as the ratio of the weight-average molecular weight Mw to the number-average molecular weight Mn of the polypropylene resin (Mw/Mn)).

摘要: Proposed is an apparatus and method for manufacturing automotive interior materials. The apparatus includes a first mold unit with a first molding surface and a gate disposed on the first molding surface, and a second mold unit provided with a second molding surface facing the first molding surface, wherein a skin is set on the first molding surface; and the first mold unit and the second mold unit are configured, when combined, to provide a volume-variable injection space between the set skin and the first molding surface, wherein the volume-variable injection space is in a first volume state while molten resin is injected through the gate, and after completing the injection of the molten resin, the volume-variable injection space changes to a second volume state that a volume of the injection space is reduced compared to the first volume state to compress the molten resin.

The fluid circulation loop is also provided with a controlled expansion valve (34) for cooling by conversion of hot pressurized water into steam, and a water source (38) for slow cooling.
