摘要: An oxygen enrichment apparatus includes an oxygen enriching unit for generating oxygen-enriched air and a discharge unit for discharging the oxygen-enriched air transferred from the suction unit. The oxygen-enriched air generated by the oxygen enriching unit has an oxygen concentration ranging from about 25% to 35%. The apparatus also includes a suction unit for suctioning the oxygen-enriched air from the oxygen enriching unit and a control unit for controlling the operation of the suction unit. The main body is provided with a display unit for indicating a state that the oxygen-enriched air is being discharged out by the discharge unit. The oxygen enriching unit has at least one oxygen enriching membrane for generating the oxygen-enriched air and a condensed water treating unit is installed at an air passage for guiding the oxygen-enriched air from the oxygen enriching unit to the discharge unit via the suction unit.

摘要: Provided is a dust core and a method for manufacturing a thereof, having an effect that the soft magnetic powder is prevented from sintering and bonding together upon heating, the hysteresis loss can be effectively reduced, and the DC B-H characteristics is excellent. In a first mixing process, a soft magnetic powder composed mainly of iron and an inorganic insulating powder of 0.4 wt %-1.5 wt % are mixed by a mixer. A mixture obtained in the first mixing process is heated in a non-oxidizing atmosphere at 1000° C. or more and below a sintering temperature of the soft magnetic powder. In a binder addition process, a silane coupling agent of 0.1-0.5 wt % is added. A binder, e.g. a silicone resin of 0.5-2.0 wt % is added to the soft magnetic alloy powder to which the inorganic insulating powder is attached by the silane coupling agent, and the soft magnetic alloy powders are bonded to each other so as to be granulated. Then, the mixture is added with a lubricant resin and compression-molded so as to form a green compact. In an annealing process, the mold is annealed in a non-oxidizing atmosphere.

摘要: In a first mixing process, soft magnetic powders and inorganic insulative powders of 0.4-1.5 wt % relative to the soft magnetic powders are mixed. In the heating process, a mixture through the first mixing process is heated at a temperature of 1000° C. or more and below the sintering temperature of the soft magnetic powders under a non-oxidizing atmosphere. In the granulating process, a silane coupling agent of 0.1-0.5 wt % is added to form an adhesiveness enhancing layer. A silicon resin of 0.5-2.0 wt % is added to the soft magnetic alloy powders having the adhesiveness enhancing layer formed by the silane coupling agent to form a binding layer. A lubricating resin is mixed, and a mixture is pressed and molded to form a mold. In an annealing process, the mold is annealed under a non-oxidizing atmosphere to form a dust core which is used to form a reactor.

摘要: A container used in an aerosol type spout unit is made usable as a container used in a reciprocating pump type spout unit. A reciprocating pump (30) is mounted on the mouth of a container (20). And an injection button (38) is depressed to push in the piston (35) of the reciprocating pump to increase the pressure in a pressure chamber (b), and the piston is pushed down with respect to a stem (37) to let the contents of the pressure chamber into the injection button through a spout passage (37a) and deliver them through a spout port (39a), while the operator removes his hand from the injection button, thus canceling the pushing-in of the pistion, and releasing the pressure in the pressure chamber to lower the pressure in the pressure chamber, the piston being pushed up to open an inlet valve (36), sucking up the contents of the container into the pressure chamber. In such reciprocating pump type spout unit, the reciprocating pump is attached to an adaptor (22) as by screws, and the peripheral edge of the adaptor is attached to the curl portion (21) of the mouth of the container as by fitting.
