The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a flame-retardant blanket, in which a non-woven fabric carrier made from natural or synthetic fibers or an admixture thereof is provided. The non-woven fabric carrier can be saturated with an intumescent flame-retardant material by immersing therein or being sprayed on. After curing, a blanket with properties of resilience, softness, soundproofing, heat insulation and flame retardation is obtained. This flame-retardant blanket can serve as a coat covering on objects, or fillers or flame-retardant material of partition walls. A method for manufacturing reinforced oriented strand boards includes steps of injecting melamine-formaldehyde resin or phenol-formaldehyde resin in finished oriented stand boards, of heating and pressing them to let the resin harden. As strands of woods of the originally oriented strand boards cannot completely closely bonded together, with many gaps remained, so injected resin can fill up those gaps and filtrate and wrap the strand woods to make the whole oriented strand boards having reinforced strength and fire-resistant property as well.

The present invention provides a flow-control apparatus with a check function for controlling the flow resistance of a photoresist solution. The apparatus is connected to a photoresist supply device, the photoresist supply device comprising a tank for storing the photoresist solution, a pipe partially submerged in the photoresist solution in the tank to transport the photoresist solution, and a pump for drawing the photoresist solution from the tank. The apparatus comprises a housing and a sphere. The housing comprises a chamber, a top opening positioned at the top of the chamber, and a bottom opening positioned at the bottom of the chamber, wherein the top opening can be mated to an end of the pipe or to a bottom opening of another apparatus. The sphere is moveably set inside the chamber of the housing and increases the flow resistance of the photoresist solution. The number of apparatuses mounted in series with the end of the pipe can be changed to control the flow resistance of the photoresist solution through the pipe when drawing the photoresist solution from the tank.
