    摘要: In a folding and guiding apparatus for use in a filling and packing machine, film F that is drawn out and guided from a film winding core and fed continuously is double-folded up along the longitudinal direction thereof, and pack-target material is filled and packed while the four sides of the double-folded film are sealed. A film guide member 12 for regulating and holding the outer surface portions of the folded portions of the double-folded film is provided between a film folding mechanism 4 and a longitudinal sealing mechanism 5 so as to be adjacent to the longitudinal sealing mechanism 5.

    摘要: An easily openable sealed package bag (P) which hermetically seals a material to be packed (W), such as liquid, powder and viscous material, by longitudinally and laterally sealing three or four sides of a package film (F). A seal opening notch (N) comprising a cut is formed in a sealed portion (S) of the package bag (P) in such a way as to extend in a direction of depth of the sealed portion (S). The sealed portion (S) is also formed with a bent portion (B) adjacent to the seal opening notch (N). The easily openable sealed package bag is capable of enhancing the ease with which the package bag can be opened and the ease with which a seal opening portion can be identified by sight or by touch, without producing cut chips of the package bag. An apparatus for manufacturing such easily openable sealed package bags is also provided.

    摘要: A perforated separation line forming apparatus which is characterized by: an edged rotary body (2) having a round slitting edge (1); and a receiving rotary body (4) having a receiving circumferential surface (3) that the round slitting edge engages; wherein the edged rotary body (2) and the receiving rotary body (4) are arranged to clamp a perforated line forming position (6) of a continuously fed transfer material (5) therebetween; wherein the receiving circumferential surface (3) of the receiving rotary body (4) is formed with non-slit portion forming recesses (7), which the round slitting edge (1) of the edged rotary body (2) cannot engage, at predetermined intervals in the direction of rotation, so that the perforated separation line (8) formed at the perforated line forming position (6) has slit portions (8A) and non-slit portions (8B) alternated successively; wherein the receiving rotary body (4) is movably adjustable relative to the edged rotary body (2) in an axial direction, the non-slit portion forming recesses (7) of the receiving rotary body (4) are so shaped that a circumferential width of the recesses (7) in the direction of rotation changes in an axial direction of the receiving rotary body (4), and as a result of the relative movement of the receiving rotary body (4) in the axial direction, the circumferential width of the non-slit portion forming recesses (7) in the direction of rotation varies so that a ratio between the slit portions (8A) and the non-slit potions (8B) is variably adjustable.
