摘要： A speech recognition system comprising a recognition dictionary for use in speech recognition and a controller configured to recognize an inputted speech by using the recognition dictionary is disclosed. The controller detects a speech section based on a signal level of the inputted speech, recognizes a speech data corresponding to the speech section by using the recognition dictionary, and displays a recognition result of the recognition process and a correspondence item that corresponds to the recognition result in form of list. The correspondence item displayed in form of list is manually operable.

摘要： A voice input device includes: a mastery level identifying device identifying a mastery level of a user with respect to voice input; and an input mode setting device switching a voice input mode between a guided input mode and an unguided input mode. In the guided input mode, preliminary registered contents of the voice input are presented to the user. The input mode setting device sets the voice input mode to the unguided input mode at a starting time when the voice input device starts to receive the voice input. The input mode setting device switches the voice input mode from the unguided input mode to the guided input mode at a switching time. The input mode setting device sets a time interval between the starting time and the switching time in proportion to the mastery level.

摘要： An instrument operation apparatus includes a tag reader and a manipulating device. According to a user's manipulation to the manipulating device, the instrument operation apparatus transmits a command signal to one of instruments to operate. The manipulating device includes a detection portion to detect the user's manipulation, and a device information transmission portion to transmit device information according to the manipulation detected by the detection portion using a wireless communications technology. The tag reader includes a reception portion to receive the device information a control circuit to determine a command signal according to the device information received via the reception portion, and a command signal transmission portion to transmit the command signal to the one of the instruments. The instrument operating apparatus is characterized in that an arrangement position at which the manipulating device is arranged or attached is enabled to be changed.
