摘要： A method for characterizing an endogenous polypeptide includes introducing epitope tag-encoding polynucleotide into an endogenous locus of a somatic cell by homogenous recombination mediated knock-in so that an epitope tagged endogenous polypeptide is expressed by the cell, and characterizing the epitope tagged endogenous polypeptide using an immunoassay.
