    摘要: An airbag control unit including two, independent trigger control paths that operate sets of first and second switches placed in series with a power source, sets of trigger outputs, and a ground. Each trigger control path is capable of detecting a shock and determining if the shock is a crash-level shock. Each trigger control path outputs a trigger signal to a switch when a crash-level shock is detected and the trigger control path is armed. Current is only supplied to the trigger output if both trigger control paths sense a crash-level shock and are armed. Upon sensing a shock, each trigger control path can power a power hold element that provides temporary power to the trigger control paths long enough to process the shock signals and generate any necessary trigger signals.

    摘要: Described are airbag control units having a radio-frequency identification transceiver, at least one battery pack, at least one inflator driver electrically connected to an airbag module, and one or more processors in communication with the radio-frequency identification transceiver, the battery pack, and the inflator driver. Alternatively, the airbag control unit includes signal conditioning hardware in communication with the radio-frequency identification transceiver, the battery pack, and the inflator driver. The airbag control unit retrieves a signal from the battery pack, analyzes the signal to determine battery status and/or voltage, transmits a signal to the inflator driver to perform an airbag status check, detects and analyzes the signal from the inflator driver to determine a status of the airbag module, and transmits the results to the radio-frequency identification transceiver for communication to a radio-frequency identification reader.

    摘要: An aircraft lighting system includes a light unit configured to emit light, a portable measurement device, and a control unit. The portable measurement device is configured to measure at least one attribute of the light emitted from the light unit and output the measured attribute of the light in an output signal. The control unit is configured to receive the output signal and control the light unit based on the measured attribute. In some aspects, the light unit is positionable in an aircraft, in certain examples, a method of controlling a lighting system includes measuring at least one attribute of light of a light unit with a portable measurement device, transmitting the measured attribute to a control unit, and controlling the light unit based on the measured attribute. In some cases, the method includes measuring the at least one attribute of a light unit in an aircraft.

    摘要: An oxygen generator outlet manifold assembly that includes an outlet manifold and an end cover. The outlet manifold includes a main body portion with inner and outer surfaces and at least a first hose connector that includes an outlet defined therein extending from the main body portion. The main body portion defines a main body portion interior that includes a connection opening defined in the inner surface, a ring chamber, a flow space and a distribution chamber. An annular ring is positioned in the main body portion chamber interior and separates the ring chamber from the distribution chamber. The end cover includes a generator outlet portion extending therefrom that is received in the connection opening. The generator outlet portion includes an outlet valve having an open and a closed state and includes an interior chamber that cooperates with the ring chamber to define an outlet chamber. An oxygen flow path is defined through the open valve, to the outlet chamber, through the flow space, through the distribution chamber and to the outlet of the first hose connector.
