Abstract: A coextruded ribbon. The coextruded ribbon includes a first layer and an opposed second layer. The first layer includes a first side optionally having an adhesive thereon. The first layer further includes an opposed second side having a plurality of protrusions extending therefrom. The second layer includes a repellant material contacting the plurality of protrusions.
