Abstract: A system is disclosed for determining process parameters for the spray application of viscous fluids, which can include an application system, which can be actuated by predefining input parameters, for a viscous fluid having at least the components of metering device, fluid valve and application nozzle. The dynamic behavior of the application system can be dependent, with respect to the volume flow profile of the viscous fluid during the application, and also on predefinable control process parameters. Methods are disclosed for determining and applying process parameters for the spray application of viscous fluids with a system, and for controlling the spray application of an application system, which can be actuated by predefining input parameters, for a viscous fluid.
