Abstract: To provide a vehicle antenna device which can secure desired antenna characteristics of both a satellite antenna and a communication antenna. A vehicle antenna device comprising a dielectric attached to a vehicle, a conductor plate placed adjacent to the dielectric plate, a satellite antenna disposed below the conductor plate, receiving radio waves which arrive from a satellite through the dielectric plate, and a communication antenna disposed below the satellite antenna, transmitting/receiving radio waves to/from outside the vehicle through the dielectric plate in a horizontal direction, wherein the satellite antenna comprises a radiating conductor which does not overlap the conductor plate from a vertical view, and a ground conductor positioned between the radiating conductor and the communication antenna.

Abstract: A bracket includes a base to be bonded to a surface of a side edge portion of a glass. The side edge portion and the base are joined with a combination of at least two types of adhesives. A first adhesive has a shorter curing time than a second adhesive. The second adhesive provides stronger joining after cured than the first adhesive. In the joining, the bracket is stabilized from the outside while the side edge portion and the base are in contact with each other with the first adhesive and the second adhesive interposed therebetween. The stabilization of the bracket from the outside is released upon the first adhesive being cured. Curing the second adhesive is allowed to proceed while the bracket continues to be stabilized with the first adhesive.
