Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a food containing, as a main ingredient, a foodstuff produced in developing regions with many malnourished patients, specifically at least one kind of grain selected from the group consisting of soybean, maize and sorghum, which contains sufficient protein/amino acid nutrients, is easy to take even without water, and provides a high improving effect on malnutrition (especially severe acute malnutrition).The present invention relates to a food containing at least one grain selected from the group consisting of soybean, maize and sorghum, lysine or a salt thereof, glutamine or a salt thereof, and methionine or a salt thereof.
