Abstract: A pot for dispensing cosmetic product includes a base having a hollow body surmounted by a neck, the base defining a housing adapted to receive the cosmetic product, at least one refill of cosmetic product mounted on the base, and a cover closing the pot and adapted to be attached on the base or the refill. The base, the refill and the cover are successively stacked. The refill has a tank for storing the cosmetic product, the inner volume of which is at least identical to the inner volume of the housing of the base, the tank being inserted into the housing of the base by descending below the level of the neck of the base.
