Abstract: An applicator is provided for a cosmetic product, in particular mascara. The applicator includes a brush which includes a core and fibers projecting from the core. At least one of the fibers includes an elongate portion made of a first material and a lobe arranged at an end of the elongate portion. The lobe in turn is made of a second material coating an end of the elongate portion.
