Abstract: A conductor bar including a plurality of Roebel-transposed conductor elements is disclosed. At least one of the conductor elements possesses a plurality of conductive strands stacked relative to each other. The strands used to form the at least one conductor element follow a common path within the conductor bar. An insulator electrically insulates the conductor elements from each other. Also provided are a method of manufacturing a conductor bar and an electric machine including a plurality of conductor bars.
