    摘要: A stator includes a cylindrical stator core provided with a plurality of slots, a segment conductor mounted to the stator core, and a resin insulator including a winding barrel portion and an insertion portion that are integrally molded. The segment conductor includes a plurality of leg portions inserted into the slots, and a crossover wire portion that couples two of the leg portions inserted into the slots that differ from each other. The winding barrel portion is disposed between the stator core and the crossover wire portion of the segment conductor. The insertion portion is disposed on an inner side from the segment conductor inside the slots of the stator core.

The stator further includes a case for circulating a cooling fluid having a first fluid circulation channel, called the inlet channel, and a second fluid circulation channel, the outlet channel, the inlet and outlet channels being fluidly connected by connecting channels. Each connecting channel is formed by a cavity through each conductor segment along its entire length, the central cavity extending from an inlet end to an outlet end, the inlet end opening into the inlet channel and the outlet end opening into the output channel.

    摘要: A stator for an electric machine comprises a stator base body and a plurality of winding rods, each having a bending region from which two axial wire arms extend with an arm end pointing away from the bending region, the wire arms being arranged in the stator slots of the stator one above another in the radial direction. The winding bars are each assigned to one of a plurality of phases of the stator. The bending regions on a first base body end face of the stator base body form a first end winding. The arm ends on a second base body end face of the stator base body form a second end winding and are electrically coupled to one another in pairs in each case. Adjacent bending regions are combined to form bending region groups and are arranged predominantly in alignment one behind the other in the radial direction.

    摘要: A motor stator includes a ring-shaped core defining a rotor accommodation space, a plurality of slots, a first hairpin conductor, a second hairpin conductor, and a temperature sensor. The slots are disposed in the core and arranged to surround the rotor accommodation space circumferentially. The slots extend radially from the rotor accommodation space. The core includes an insertion side and an extension side. The slots include a temperature sensor accommodation slot which, at the insertion side, has a radial length greater than a radial length of any other one of the slots. The first hairpin conductor is disposed in the temperature sensor accommodation slot distal to the rotor accommodation space. The second hairpin conductor is disposed in the temperature sensor accommodation slot, and the temperature sensor is disposed between the first and second hairpin conductors.
