    Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods are provided for non-intrusive sleep efficiency analysis and recommendations using heart data. A method may include receiving, by a device, photoplethysmography (PPG) data associated with a heart signal. The method may include determining a first portion of the PPG data that fails to exceed a threshold frequency and a second portion of the PPG data that exceeds the threshold frequency. The method may include determining a ratio of the first portion to the second portion. The method may include determining, based on the PPG data, an inspiratory flow, and determining, based on the ratio and the inspiratory flow, a forecasted sleep efficiency score. The method may include determining a recommended activity associated with increasing the forecasted sleep efficiency score. The method may include presenting the forecasted sleep efficiency score and the recommended activity.

    Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods are provided for performing activity evaluations. A method may include determining, by a device, a heart rate. The method may include determining, based on an activity template, a first biometric and a threshold associated with the first biometric. The method may include determining first data associated with the first biometric, the first data indicative of a first quantity. The method may include comparing, by the at least one processor, the first quantity to the threshold, and determining, based on the first data, second data associated with a second biometric, the first biometric different than the second biometric, the second data indicative of a second quantity. The method may include determining that the first quantity is associated with the second quantity. The method may include sending a message to a second device for presentation, the message associated with the first biometric.

    Abstract: Data about concentration of one or more types of molecules present within a human body are determined noninvasively using radio frequency (RF) signals. Signals at several different frequencies at very low power levels are emitted using an antenna mounted to a wearable device. Operating values, such as changes to the impedance of the antenna resulting from interaction between the RF signals and the user, are associated with the concentration of one or more types of molecules within the user. These changes in impedance may be relatively small. Circuitry in the device determines internal impedance of the circuitry, compensating for internal impedances and improving overall accuracy of the measured impedance resulting from interaction with the user.
