Abstract: The present invention relates to a film-forming composition for skin or hair coating. The film-forming composition for skin or hair coating according to the present invention exhibits a feeling of lightness when applied to skin or hair and has excellent durability to protect skin or hair itself, and also, can protect cosmetic applications to the skin, etc. Also, the present invention separates and prepares silane and water so that a film is formed at the time of application, thereby being convenient in use.
