Abstract: Disclosed is a novel use of a composition comprising as an active ingredient a Scutellaria alpina extract. A composition according to the present description shows hair follicle cell proliferation or hair growth effect by means of comprising a Scutellaria alpina extract. Therefore, due to said effect, the Scutellaria alpina extract has hair loss prevention or hair growth stimulation effect.
